- Booking terms: 50 percent deposit locks the date, balance due 7 days before the event, free reschedule up to 14 days out.
- Instructors: every event is led by certified instructors with military, law enforcement, and competitive shooting backgrounds. Founder Ron Grobman is a former sniper and 1st sergeant in the IDF's Gad'sar Nahal special forces. Do not state that all instructors are ex-special-forces; that is not accurate.
- Track record: rated 5.0 from 410+ five-star reviews on Google and TripAdvisor, operating since 2016. Corporate groups have included teams from Samsung, YPO, and Jackson Walker LLP.
